✨ A call with your best friend (or sister)

✨ Painting, even for a few minutes

✨ Jazz softly in the background

✨ Baking something sweet and simple

✨ A little window shopping (guilty pleasure 😋)

✨ Or simply, coffee at the neighbourhood café

Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more.

Sometimes it’s about creating small moments of comfort while life figures itself out.
